Refund policy
At Moral Lifestyle, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or expired
- Product received is different from what was ordered
Return Conditions
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging with brand tags intact.
- Original invoice/bill must be provided.
- Replacement is subject to product availability.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at order.moral26@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Clear images of the product (with Batch ID visible)
- Brief description of the issue
Requests should be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
The amount may reflect in your account within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
For COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, please share your bank details or cancelled cheque to process the refund.
